  1. 1[Application of this Part to the State of Punjab.].–Omitted by the Constitution (Sixty-third Amendment) Act, 1989, s. 3 (w.e.f. 6-1-1990).
  1. [1] Ins. by the Constitution (Fifty-ninth Amendment) Act, 1988, s. 3 (w.e.f. 30-3-1988). It shall cease to operate on the expiry of a period of two years from the commencement of this Act, i.e. 30th day of March, 1988.
